Cities are ships of old discoverers, arriving at quiet, still harbors, bringing offerings of new, attractive gold, frenzy activity, fresh ideas, steel and glass skylines to explore.
Cities are robbers of old codes and old homes and old territories of ancient creatures.
Cities take over mercilessly and stay for centuries.
Until they are themselves abandoned, destroyed, taken over by another invader, another conqueror, another city.
